Sandy Lionetti is Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at GTS. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources and works with the executive team to oversee talent management, recruitment and engagement and help drive a positive workplace culture for GTS’s employees. Sandy joined GTS in 2016. 

Prior to joining GTS, Sandy was Vice President and Head of People for Axioma, a financial technology firm focused on delivering portfolio optimization and risk management to large institutional investors. At Axioma, Sandy was responsible for all people-related initiatives across nine countries. Prior to joining Axioma, Sandy was Chief Talent Officer and HR leader for Mindshare, a WPP company. During her time at Mindshare, Sandy was the key strategist for talent initiatives across the North American business unit. Prior to joining Mindshare, Sandy ran her own consulting business that specialized in providing leadership development, team building, talent management and executive coaching services.

Sandy has a BS in Management Science, an MS and PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, all from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is a founding member of the advisory board of management programs at Stevens’ School of Business, which provides oversight for many graduate and undergraduate management degrees.
